Sessions, Inc. (“Sessions”) provides enhanced services and solutions that include the use of artificial intelligence (“AI-Enhanced Service”). This agreement (“AI Addendum”) amends and is incorporated by reference into the existing Sessions Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Any capitalized terms have the same meaning as provided in the Terms. In the event any provision in this Addendum conflicts with the Terms, this Addendum shall govern. In clicking accept below, you, as a Client of Sessions (“you”, “your,” “Client”), are choosing to use these optional AI-Enhanced Services, authorize Sessions to use artificial intelligence in processing your data, and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this AI Addendum. In using the AI-Enhanced Service, upon your submission of any Content, Sessions shall mask, suppress, or otherwise remove individually identifiable elements from any data set. For purposes of this AI Addendum, Content includes, but is not limited to: clinical documentation, progress note summaries, workflow documents, intake questionnaires, suggestions and elimination of diagnosis. Thereafter, the remaining de-identified substance of any Content may also be disclosed to selected Sessions contracted service providers for the sole purpose of providing you the Services requested. Sessions does not allow its third-party service providers to use Content for training service provider models.
As applicable, it is your sole responsibility to evaluate the output of this AI-Enhanced Service for accuracy and appropriateness, including using human review as appropriate, before using or sharing such output(s) from this Service. In using this AI- Enhanced Service, you agree that you are solely responsible for implementing procedures by which to prevent the infringement of any person or entity’s legal rights, minimize bias, and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all individuals, irrespective of their race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or any other protected characteristics. You agree to comply with applicable law in your use of the AI-Enhanced Service and indemnify Sessions for any liabilities or damages arising from your breach of applicable law, the Terms, or this AI Addendum.
